Les 10 Etapes \u00e0 suivre pour pr\u00e9parer un excellent\u00a0caf\u00e9 avec la cafeti\u00e8re VeoHome :<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  1. Assurez-vous que la cafeti\u00e8re VeoHome ait \u00e9t\u00e9 bien nettoy\u00e9e au pr\u00e9alable.<\/li>\n
  2. Sortez le piston de la cafeti\u00e8re.<\/li>\n
  3. Moudre le caf\u00e9 avec le moulin \u00e0 caf\u00e9 VeoHome ou rajouter du caf\u00e9 moulu directement dans la cafeti\u00e8re. Le dosage standard est \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe par personne, soit environ 10g.\u00a0Attention\u00a0!\u00a0 La taille de la mouture est tr\u00e8s importante pour la r\u00e9ussite d\u2019un bon caf\u00e9. Les cafeti\u00e8res \u00e0 piston ont un temps d\u2019infusion long (5 \u00e0 6 minutes). Ainsi, pour \u00e9viter de trop infuser le caf\u00e9, le grain doit \u00eatre de taille moyenne \u00e0 grossi\u00e8re (2 \u00e0 3 mm). Cela \u00e9vitera aussi aux filtres de se boucher, comme cela arrive in\u00e9vitablement avec le caf\u00e9 moulu du commerce, beaucoup trop fin.<\/em><\/li>\n
  4. Versez de l\u2019eau chaude \u00e0 environ 85\u00b0C dans la cafeti\u00e8re. L\u2019eau ne doit pas \u00eatre bouillante car elle br\u00fblerait alors le caf\u00e9 et d\u00e9truirait toutes ses ar\u00f4mes. Assurez-vous de vous arr\u00eater au minimum \u00e0 2.5cm du bord de la cafeti\u00e8re afin que celle-ci ne d\u00e9borde pas \u00e0 la fermeture.<\/li>\n
  5. M\u00e9langez doucement le caf\u00e9 et l\u2019eau avec une cuill\u00e8re pour homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser le m\u00e9lange.<\/li>\n
  6. Remettez le couvercle en place avec le filtre au-dessus du niveau du caf\u00e9 (piston en position haute). Assurez-vous que l\u2019ouverture dans le couvercle soit bien d\u00e9cal\u00e9e par rapport au bec verseur.<\/li>\n
  7. Laissez reposer environ 5 \u00e0 6 minutes. Si le temps d\u2019infusion n\u2019est pas respect\u00e9, le caf\u00e9 sera soit trop l\u00e9ger (pas suffisamment infus\u00e9) soit trop fort dans le cas contraire.<\/li>\n
  8. Une fois le d\u00e9lai d\u2019infusion pass\u00e9, appuyez doucement avec votre main pour faire descendre le piston.<\/li>\n
  9. Si la mouture est trop fine, il peut arriver que le filtre se bouche. Enlevez alors le piston et passez-le sous l\u2019eau. M\u00e9langez \u00e0 nouveau et redescendez le piston.<\/li>\n
  10. Alignez l\u2019ouverture du couvercle avec le bec verseur et versez le caf\u00e9 dans des tasses pr\u00e9alablement chauff\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
