    Idéal pour 3/4 personnes. Premier essai concluant avec pâte 50% farine 00 (manitoba), 50% semoule (semola rimacinata), un oeuf entier / 100 g, 1 g de sel / 100 g : 1 heure au frigo. Fleurage avec un voile de semoule, séchage des tagliatelles (avant-dernier cran en épaisseur) environ 30 mn sur le séchoir très pratique. Cuisson 5 mn : un régal (la sauce y étant aussi pour beaucoup !!!)

Le top, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour laminer la pâte et faire 2 tailles de pâtes mais aussi un étendoir pour les sécher, un pinceau de nettoyage et un moule à raviole.
