I love this tea infuser and use regularly for the last 18 months. I’ve given several as gifts to my tea lover friends. I was getting ready for send another as a gift and saw it had some poor rating, which was surprising. I looked at those, several which said the handle got very hot and another with a picture of a scorched teapot, clearly due to being used on a stovetop.
I looked at the box of my extra tea pot and at the Amazon information and it is really understated that this is not for stovetop use. Being from the US, where tea drinkers are not nearly as familiar with teapots , I can see how this would happen.
Please consider making the NOT FOR STOVETOP USE much more prominent on your information
